HYDRAFORCE is the most advanced beerline cleaning system available today. Most or all beerline cleaning systems rely on a pump (gas or electric) to run their operation and this is quite costly, especially gas wich most premises use today. For the very first time a system is offered to you without the need for any kind of pump, it requires no bottle, gives instant water to your beer taps and gives you IMMEDIATE adjustable chemical injection.
The system relies solely on water pressure from the mains and it works equally well be it high or low pressure
The system works on a hydraulic principle, hence the name HYDRAFORCE.
Looking at the image on the right hand side of the page you will see that the system has a clear pressurised cylinder built into the body of the machine. The red and white piston seperates the chemical from the water. The chemical is poured into the cylinder via the screw top. When the water is turned on with the red tap at the bottom of the system it pressurises the chemical which is then turned to the required strength with the valve on top of the control box and off you go. When the chemical valve is turned off you have constant clean water. The system also incorporates a flushing valve to keep the chemical cylinder clean. Whilst in operation the unit doesn`t waste any chemical whatsoever, there is no water wastage, its quick, 100 % traditional cleaning is acheived and the gas or electric charges are nil. The unit can be installed away from the cellar if required, perhaps behind the bar giving you the opportunity last thing at night to sell cheaply the beer that you would normally throw away next morning on your cleaning day.
